These big, bold coffees will tend to have medium to full body (mouthfeel), and almost no acidity.
Most of these coffees tend to be medium to dark roasted, and some will be a blend of light & dark roasts together to offer more balance to your cup. If you see a coffee in multiple categories, it's because they are complex enough to have multiple personalities!
